Your Website, Fully Managed
For One Monthly Fee

Design, hosting, updates, security and support for $197 a month. No upfront build fee, and the website becomes yours after three paid months.

What is a managed website?

A managed website is a site someone else builds, hosts and maintains for you on an ongoing basis, paid monthly instead of as a large one-off project fee. You do not buy a file and then work out who keeps it running. The design, the hosting, the updates, the security patches and the fixes are one arrangement with one person responsible.

For contractors, that matters more than it does for most businesses. You are on a roof or under a sink, not watching for a plugin update that broke your contact form. A managed website means nobody has to.

The short version. You pay monthly. We build it, host it, keep it working and fix it when it breaks. After three paid months the website is yours.

How it compares to the alternatives

Most contractors end up choosing between three things. They solve different problems and they fail in different ways.

The builder is cheap until you count the evenings. A good agency does real work, but the build and the upkeep are usually two separate conversations and two separate bills. A managed website puts them in one arrangement.

The website becomes yours

After three paid months the website transfers to you at no charge. Files handed over, domain repointed, registered in your name from day one.

We put this early on the page because it is the first thing people worry about with a monthly website, and the worry is reasonable. Plenty of monthly deals keep the site tied to the provider permanently, so leaving means starting again from nothing. Yours will not work that way.

Your business, your domain, your website. The domain is registered in your name from the start, not ours.

What is included every month

Every managed website carries the same foundation. Nothing here is an add on.

✓Website design and build
✓Fast managed hosting and SSL
✓Security and software updates
✓Content changes when you need them
✓Mobile performance
✓A person to ask, not a ticket queue

Most of your customers will find you on a phone, often standing next to the problem they want solving. That is why mobile performance is on the list rather than sold as an extra.

Built for contractors, not for everyone

Contractor websites change more often than most people expect. Services expand, a crew gets certified in something new, last year's photos stop representing the work, seasonal pages come and go, and the contact form has to keep working through all of it.

That is the case for a managed website rather than a one-off build. You are not hiring a developer every time something needs changing, and you are not leaving it stale because getting it changed is a hassle.

The design concepts are built per trade for the same reason. A roofing site and a landscaping site need different things in front of the visitor, and starting from a direction that already suits the trade beats starting from a blank page.

Website as a service, in plain terms

This model is sometimes called Website as a Service, or WaaS. It is the same idea your software already works on. You do not buy the product outright and become responsible for it. You subscribe, and the provider keeps it current.

Applied to a website, that means the build, the hosting, the domain, the SSL certificate, the updates and the support sit inside one monthly fee. When something needs changing you ask, and it gets changed. When a plugin update breaks a form, you do not find out from a customer six weeks later.

The trade off is real and worth saying out loud: you are dependent on the provider doing their job. That is exactly why who you deal with matters, and why the website transfers into your name after three paid months rather than staying locked to us forever.

Want your website to answer people too?

Everything above is the Managed Website. If you also want the site to deal with an inquiry the moment it arrives, that is the Smart Website: the same managed site plus instant lead follow-up, 24/7 AI chat, missed call text back, call tracking and website analytics.

Every new website launches with all five switched on for the first 30 days, at the Managed price. At the end of that you keep Smart or stay on Managed. If you say nothing, you stay on Managed and pay less.

Questions people ask

What happens if I stop paying?
If you have paid three months the website is already yours, and we hand over the files and repoint the domain. Before that point the site comes down, because the build has not been covered yet.
Is there a contract?
No. It is month to month. The three month mark is when ownership transfers, not a minimum term you are locked into.
Can I edit the website myself?
You can, but most contractors would rather not. Send the change and it gets done. That is what you are paying for.
What if I already have a website?
Then we redesign it. You see the new homepage first, for free, and decide from there. Nothing moves until you approve it.
How long does the build take?
You get the first homepage design within two business days of asking. The full build follows once you approve the direction.
