You tell us your business name, your trade and where you work. We design a modern, mobile first homepage built around your services and the customers you actually want, using your real details rather than placeholder text. Not a sketch, and not a template with your logo dropped on it.

We send the finished design over. If it is not the direction you wanted, tell us and that is the end of it, with nothing owed. If you want changes, say so. If you want it built, we go to the next step.

We build the rest of the site

Service pages, service areas, quote forms, photo galleries, and everything wired up on your own domain, registered in your name. While that is happening we also start the carrier paperwork needed for business text messaging in the US, because that part is not instant and we would rather it ran in the background.

We design your homepage first, at no cost and with nothing to sign. If the direction is not right for you, that is a perfectly fine answer.

To build it

Your services and roughly what you charge for them, your hours, and access to your domain if you already own one. We send a short form you fill in whenever suits you. No call needed unless you want one.

To switch on messaging

Your legal business name, address and EIN, which the phone carriers require before they will let a business text US customers. We fill in the rest.

When do I actually pay anything?

The day your website goes live, and not before. The homepage design costs nothing, there is no deposit, no setup fee and no card taken up front. If you look at the design and decide against it, you owe nothing and we part on good terms.

What if I do not like the homepage?

Tell us and that is the end of it. The design is yours to keep either way. If it is close but not right, say what is wrong and we will revise it, which is usually what happens.

When does my 30 days of Smart start?

Once every Smart feature is switched on and working, not on launch day. Business text messaging in the US has to be registered with the phone carriers in your legal business name first, and approval times vary. We would rather your evaluation period start late than have you spend half of it waiting on paperwork.

What happens if I do not keep Smart?

You stay on Managed at $197 a month and your website carries on exactly as it is. What stops is the automation behind it: no more automatic text back, follow-up or chat replies. Your tracking number stays yours and keeps forwarding to your phone, so anything printed on a truck or listed on Google keeps working.

Can I add Smart back later?

Yes, any time. The setup is already done, so it is a matter of switching it back on and the price moves to $297 from your next billing date.

Do I own my website?

Your domain is registered in your name from day one. After three paid months, on either plan, the website itself becomes yours. We hand over the files and repoint the domain at no charge. The Smart features run on our systems, so those stay with the subscription.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

Neither. No setup fee, no build fee, no minimum term. Both plans are month to month and you can cancel before your next renewal without an exit fee.
